David Laux, CEO of ec4u, is the author of two books titled "Customer Relationship Management" and "Sales Strategies for SMEs." In this conversation, we explore how sales strategies and CRM strategies are different for Small and Midsize Enterprises (SME's) than for larger enterprise organizations, and how CRM has changed since he delivered his "CRM" book just five years ago. As David leads one of the most recognized CRM consultancies in German speaking Europe (Germany, portions of Switzerland, Czechoslovakia, etc.), he shares some of the cultural differences which influence customer relationships and CRM strategies in the European region.
